1. Non-Refundable Purchases
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been received and the gift card has been issued.
2. No Cash Value
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used toward eligible cleaning services offered by our company.
3. Valid for Cleaning Services Only
Gift cards may only be applied toward residential, apartment, or other cleaning services provided by our team.
4. Appointment Required
Gift card recipients must schedule a cleaning appointment in advance. Service availability may vary based on scheduling and location.
5. Service Area Restrictions
Gift cards are valid only for services performed within our normal service area.
6. Remaining Balance
If the total cost of services exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer at the time of service.
7. Partial Use
If the service cost is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance may be applied toward a future cleaning service.
8. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Gift cards should be treated like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
9. Delivery of Gift Cards
Gift cards are issued after payment has been received and confirmed. Delivery may occur by email or digital certificate.
10. Expiration
Gift cards do not expire but are encouraged to be used within a reasonable timeframe to ensure service availability.
11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify gift card terms at any time without prior notice.

How do cleaning gift cards work?
Once you purchase a gift card, we will issue a digital gift certificate for the selected amount. The recipient can redeem the gift card when booking a cleaning service with our team.
